Lima Contacts Module

Lima Contacts module allows you to manage your contacts in a tree view, store generic and more specific information, log telephone calls, add attachments, and see all historic cases relating to the contact and also group cases for any groups the contact belongs too.

Lima Resources Module

Lima Resources module provides management of all resources including staff, assets, suppliers and offices. The staffing element allows you to monitor staff levels, annual leave, training courses and absences. You can also search for staff availability for court dates. Management of workload can be seen from cases assigned to staff. You can manage your assets ensuring your licences are kept valid, calibration and PAT testing is completed when due.

Lima Sales Module

Lima Sales module provides the ability log and manages all sales enquiries, from initial contact to sales order and customer feedback management. The sales quotation wizard automatically generates quotes based on actual statistics of completed casework; the sales module includes the ability to a mail merge sales paperwork, reducing administration overheads and time taken to react to the requirements of your customer.

Lima Cases Module

This Lima Cases module allows you to follow the case from initial exhibit receipt right through to dispatch of generated and original exhibits. Designed by Computer Forensic practitioners Lima has all the functionality required to document and audit a cases processes throughout the investigation. Management can prioritise cases, monitor and foresee any additional time requirements a case has with the assistance of a Gantt project charts showing time taken on cases and any cases no meeting service levels.

Lima Customer Portal Module

Lima Customer Portal module provides case officers with dynamic and up to the minute case updates a SSL 128Bit encrypted portal. The Portal module allows case officers to certain information on cases, keeping the channel of communication between the forensic investigator and case officer open thereby maximising the efficiency of the investigation.

Lima Search Module

Lima Search module offers a unique search engine that can search for information in any of the Modules and produce a table view of results; this can then be exported to XML for ease of import into a spreadsheet format for further analysis or management reporting. The search module allows the user to quickly locate and report on exhibits in a case or all cases handy for secure facility storage audit.

Lima Knowledge Base Module

Lima Knowledge module is a centralised repository for information, a public library. All users can move information around the knowledge structure to maintain relevance. Enabling you to maintain a repository of searchable indexed information and documents logically structured into categories, thus allowing all users to search for information required.
